The accomplished and the focused and the best all know this truth about the battle. Victory only comes through weathering the unpleasant and the distressing and the dismal. Yet all along the way, a group of spectators spout out the same three words.

Bit exhausted today, probably allergy-related more than anything as I always get a little fall flare-up right about this time. Could also be sleep related. Definitely getting enough sleep, but I need to get myself on a more consistent schedule instead of waking up early some days, then waking up late others. Body feels pretty good physically otherwise. Day 3 in the books!
