75 Hard – Day 4

If anyone is jealous of me, all I have said and will ever say is that if I’ve done it, anyone can. I believe with years (probably fewer than it took me) of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication, many can do any of the things I’ve done. The only reason for my success is because I’ve stuck with it… bowhunting, running, business, etc. I was either terrible or average at best at most of what I’m now considered “good” at. I’ve simply outworked my weaknesses and the other guys who were naturally better than me.

  1. Outdoor walk/run

Reading – Complete (Endure by Cameron Hanes)

Drink 1 gallon of water – Complete

Stick to a self-chosen diet – Complete

No alcohol and no cheat meals – Complete

Take a progress picture of yourself – Complete

Feeling great today, I think in large part due to getting in a great sleep last night. Slept long and hard – almost 10 hours…. a little embarrassing to say. Body must’ve needed it though.

Also got my first workout in immediately this morning, as opposed to yesterday when I didn’t do anything physical until noon. Planning to try getting my first workout in early for the next few days and see how I feel doing that.

Also won’t have the luxury of sleeping 10 hours most nights.. need to get to bed earlier and wake up earlier. Hoping to work my way to a consistent 5 am wake-up time as opposed to 6:30 – 7 like I am now. Gotta get into a much more disciplined routine, and knock out that first workout and do my reading as early as possible.

Consistency is the key.
